Katalina Baljeu is a recent graduate of San Diego State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with honors recognition. Prior to joining Talonvest, she gained valuable experience in client service, real estate principles, and team support through roles in both corporate and public sector settings. In her role at Talonvest, Katalina will be responsible for the production of investment packages including market research, financial analysis and underwriting of self-storage, commercial, and multifamily transactions.
