Ivan Viramontes is a commercial real estate professional with experience in market research, financial analysis, and underwriting, he has helped facilitate nearly $1.2 billion in financing transactions for a diverse range of clients. Ivan’s ability to produce compelling investment packages and provide support throughout the due diligence, competitive bid, and closing processes have been instrumental in ensuring the success of these transactions.

His expertise includes self-storage, industrial, multifamily, retail, and office transactions. In addition to Ivan’s work in the commercial real estate industry, he has a strong background in market research, site identification, data gathering, and lead generation for Southern and Central California markets.

Ivan’s B.S. in Marketing Management and minor in Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, has equipped him with the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to excel in this field.
