Carson Kurland supports the production of financing packages with detailed market research, financial analysis, and underwriting across self-storage, commercial, and multifamily transactions. He assists clients throughout due diligence, competitive bid scenarios, and the closing process, helping ensure thorough and efficient execution.

Carson previously gained experience at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he supported capital markets and brokerage assignments, and at PIMCO, where he assisted high-yield and investment-grade credit teams with trade support functions.

He graduated from Chapman University with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics.
