Ivan Viramontes is responsible for the production of investment packages, including market research, financial analysis, and underwriting of self-storage, commercial, and multifamily transactions. He also assists with due diligence, competitive bid scenarios, and closing processes for the firm’s clients. Ivan has six and a half years of real estate experience.

Prior to Joining Talonvest, he worked at WD Land, a full-service land brokerage and advisory firm. Ivan earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate from Cal Poly Pomona.
