Talonvest Capital, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of our Hospitality Finance platform, which will be headed by Jeff Miller. Jeff is a seasoned hospitality finance and real estate professional with over 30 years of experience spanning lending, investing, development, and advisory work across the global hotel industry. Most recently, Jeff served as Managing Director in the Hospitality Finance Group at Wells Fargo, where he originated $1.25 billion in hotel balance sheet loans and led the underwriting team. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Investments & Business Development at Atrium Holding Company. His responsibilities included hospitality underwriting, distressed debt and hotel acquisitions and dispositions. Earlier in his career, Jeff worked in Development and Feasibility at Marriott International, and began his career in hospitality consulting with Arthur Andersen, conducting feasibility studies, appraisals, tourism master plans, and M&A due diligence across the U.S., Caribbean, South America, and more than a dozen international markets. He brings deep expertise in hospitality underwriting, capital markets, structured finance, hotel development, with a career defined by complex transactions and cross-disciplinary leadership.
