Nathan Lefevre is a commercial real estate professional with nearly three years of underwriting experience and approximately $3 billion in transactions underwritten. His disciplined background in multifamily agency lending has provided him with a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring. Nathan now serves on Talonvest Capital’s underwriting team and is responsible for investment packages including market research, financial analysis, and underwriting of self‑storage, commercial, and multifamily transactions.

In addition to his underwriting expertise, Nathan has a strong background in market research, site identification, inspections, and data gathering across the nation. These skills have been instrumental in supporting sponsors and capital providers throughout the underwriting process.

Nathan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton, where he served as President of the Real Estate Association. This leadership role was fundamental in equipping him with both the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to excel in the industry, while also fostering his ability to connect with peers and professionals across the commercial real estate landscape.
