Senior Analyst

Philippe Castillo is responsible for the production of investment packages including market research, financial analysis and underwriting of self-storage, commercial and multifamily transactions. He also assists with due diligence, competitive bid scenarios and closing processes for the firm’s clients. Philippe has 2 years of professional real estate experience. Prior to joining Talonvest, he worked in Investment Sales at Marcus & Millichap in Washington, D.C. Philippe earned his B.A. in Economics and minors in Real Estate Development and Philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is currently pursuing his Master of Professional Studies degree in Real Estate, with an Emphasis in Finance from Georgetown University.
